WAITLIST

Due to our high volume of appointment requests, we utilize a waitlist system. Because of this, it is crucial for all clients to confirm their appointments at least 24 hours prior. In the event an appointment is not confirmed,  we will result to our cancellation policy and the appointment will be forfeited to accommodate our waitlisted clients. 

We appreciate all future and current clients for understanding we do this for their and our service providers best interest.

CANCELLATIONS

A valid credit or gift card is required to reserve all appointments. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We will not charge this card except in the case of late cancellations or no shows. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged 50% of the  price of the service you were booked for.

SERVICES

We always want you to love your hair, so if you are not happy with your service, please give us a call no more than a week from your original service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for a Color Call-Back Service free of charge. We do not provide monetary refunds for services.

RETAIL

If you are unhappy with any product, you may exchange it or receive a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We encourage all guests to download the Pocket Salon App and use our contactless payment method. We accept all credit cards and current Bella Salon + Spa gift cards.
