We look forwards to pampering our guests! When booking a package, we do require a non-refundable deposit for half the package price to make a reservation.

Waitlist/Cancellations
Due to our high volume of appointment requests, we utilize a waitlist system. Because of this, it is crucial for all clients to confirm their appointments at least 24 hours prior. In the event an appointment is not confirmed, the appointment could potentially be forfeited to accommodate our waitlisted clients.
We understand that life happens and sometimes late notice can't be avoided. In those instances we will be as understanding as possible. However, if a client violates the 24 hour notice multiple times, a deposit of half of the service cost will be required to book future appointments.
We appreciate all future and current clients for understanding we do this for their and our service providers best interest.
