A valid credit or gift card is required to reserve all appointments. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We will not charge this card except in the case of late cancellations or no shows. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service you were booked for.
We always want you to love your hair, so if you are not happy with your service, please give us a call no more than a week from your original service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for a Color Call-Back Service free of charge. We do not provide monetary refunds for services.
If you are unhappy with any product, you may exchange it or receive a refund within 30 days of purchase.
We encourage all guests to download the Pocket Salon App and use our contactless payment method. We accept all credit cards and Bella Salon + Spa gift cards. We are currently not accepting cash due to COVID-19.
