What can I expect for my appointment?

When you arrive for your appointment please CALL or TEXT 270-842-9772 to check in. You may also use the Pocket Salon App to check in and it will instantly alert your service provider that you have arrived. You will wait in your car until your service provider's area is ready for you.

A team member will greet you at the door. We will be taking guests' temperatures. Anyone with a temperature of 100 degrees or more will be required to reschedule their appointment.

Masks are required, and we kindly ask that you keep your mask on for the duration of your visit. Once inside the salon, we will guide you to a sanitation station before your service begins and require that you use hand sanitizer before your service begins.

We’ve eliminated beverage services and changing rooms, and we have removed magazines to prevent the possible spread of germs. 

We are requiring every guest to have payment on file to ensure a contactless checkout. We recommend using the Pocket Salon App for a speedy checkout. If you prefer to pay with cash we can accept cash, however are not keeping cash or coins on site for change.

What personal protection protocols and safety measures are you taking?

We are implementing personal protection protocols including masks and fresh laundered capes (as always)! We will provide masks for color services so that your own is not damaged or stained. All tools, stations, chairs, seating areas and doors will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests. A divider has been installed between shampoo stations.

We will be following all state mandated guidelines and then some. All team members have been COVID-19 Barbicide-certified in disinfecting practices on top of their state license that requires safe sanitation practices.

What social distancing measures are you taking?

We are allowing 6 ft of space between each guest when possible. We are operating at a reduced capacity and only the guest with a reservation is allowed inside. We do not have additional seating or waiting spaces for visitors.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations of any reservation. 50% of the cost of your service will be charged for late cancellations and no-show appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of normal salon hours, please TEXT 270-842-9772.
